Refund Policy
- USDT and payment hold
USDT transfers on the blockchain cannot be reversed, so there are no chargebacks. Your protection is our payment-hold promise: the order is only marked complete after you approve the delivered article. Because the USDT itself arrives in the platform wallet directly (no third-party escrow lock), refunds under this policy are platform wallet credits, not USDT sent back. Refunds under this policy are credited to your platform wallet balance for future orders; Phase 1 does not send refunds back to external wallet addresses. PayPal orders follow the same rules and are also refunded as wallet credits. A PayPal dispute reversal is separate from a platform refund and does not create an additional wallet credit.
- When a refund is given
- An order is rejected before delivery: full wallet credit.
- Publication fails (the site cannot publish the article): replacement publication or full wallet credit, at your choice.
- A dispute is resolved as a refund: wallet credit for the order amount.
- A duplicate or erroneous charge is proven: wallet credit for the excess.
- An order is cancelled because the brief breaks our content rules: wallet credit.
- When a refund is not given
- Orders you have approved and completed.
- Indexing, ranking, traffic, or DA/DR outcomes: these are not guaranteed (see the Terms), so they are not grounds for a refund.
- A change of mind after delivery, where the article matches the brief.
- Buyer-provided articles refused for breaking content rules after you have had the chance to revise or switch to a platform-written article; in that case the order is cancelled with a wallet credit instead, as in section 2.
- How to request a refund
Open a dispute on the order page or contact support through live chat, including your order number and the reason. Please raise refund requests within 30 days of delivery. We aim to resolve refund requests within 3 working days. Wallet credits are usable immediately for future orders.
