Support for buyers is available through:

• Live chat: log in and open the Live chat page (floating button on every page, or the Live chat link in the header). This is the fastest way to reach us.
• Order messages: every order page has its own message thread for questions about that order.
• Dashboard notifications: order updates appear in your dashboard.

We aim to reply within 1 working day. If you cannot log in, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset your password. There is no phone support in Phase 1; live chat and order messages are the official support channels.
